Northwest with solid wood construction, R-19 insulation in the ceiling and
floors. We have DOUBLE TRUSSES
in the roof for snow load and DOUBLE PANE
WINDOWS to keep you warm and comfortable. |

RENAII PROPANE HOT WATER SYSTEM
for heating the chalet as well as “ON
DEMAND” CONTINUOUS HOT WATER in the kitchen and bath. |

All utilities are
underground, propane lines and tanks,
electric, water, telephone and sewer lines are out of sight and protected
from the elements. |

When used as a rental, these chalets offer
incredible tax deductions as you
are able to depreciate them out in either 5 or 7 years, your choice. |

We provide water, sewer, and garbage and pay
all property taxes. We also provide year round maintenance to include snow
removal up to your door. |
